ATD Master E-Learning Instructional Designer™ Program
October 26, 2020 @ 8:30 am - October 29, 2020 @ 4:30 pm

Learn to design courses that motivate, inform, change behavior, and elevate performance. Earning the ATD Master E-Learning Instructional Designer designation prepares you to design and align learning to meet business objectives and makes you a valued partner to stakeholders.
Theory is important, but so is learning the practical process of applying e-learning instructional design principles to workplace situations. This three-part mastery program provides both. Engage online as you prepare for the face-to-face course. Collaborate with fellow participants to work through a case study and then plan, design, and learn to build an actual e-learning course. Demonstrate your proficiency by creating a final project for evaluation, and select an elective course that complements what you’ve learned.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
- Critique e-learning modules using an ATD-exclusive rubric.
- Learn to connect with stakeholders and elevate your position as an e-learning leader.
- Develop an e-learning solution to a current skill or behavioral challenge you are having in your organization.
